Major General Mohd Hossain Al Morshed, ndc, afwc, psc was commissioned with 26th BMA Long Course on 09 June 1992 in the Corps of Infantry During his illustrious military career, Major General Morshed has served in various command, staff, and instructional appointments. He served as Platoon Commander, Adjutant and Term Commander at Bangladesh Military Academy and as Directing Staff in both Weapon Wing and Special Warfare Wing at the School of Infantry and Tactics (SI&T). He also served as Senior Directing Staff at the National Defence College. He served as Brigade Major of Headquarters 203 Infantry Brigade (Khagrachari Region) and as Colonel Staff at Headquarters 66 Infantry Division and Armed Forces Division. Currently, Major General Morshed is serving as the Adjutant General of Bangladesh Army at Army Headquarters. Prior to this, he was the General Officer Commanding of 19 Infantry Division and Area Commander, Ghatail Area. He also commanded 81 Infantry Brigade, 21 Infantry Brigade, 15 East Bengal (Zone Commander, Khagrachhari Zone) and 1 Para Commando Battalion Major General Morshed has successfully completed different professional military courses both at home and abroad with distinction. He is a graduate of the Defence Services Command and Staff College and the National Defence College. He successfully completed the Combat Survival Course in Malaysia, Operation Training on ATGM RAT-8 in China and the National Defence Course-27 in Nigeria. Major General Morshed completed his UN Missions as a PI Comd of BANBAT-4 in Sierra Leone and as Chief of Staff (COS) of the Western Brigade (Multinational) in DR Congo under MONUSCO. He also performed as a Military Planning Officer (P-4) at the United Nations Office to the African Union (UNOAU) in Ethiopia. Major General Morshed has keen interest in travelling and reading. He is married and a proud father of two sons.

Mr. Anisuddin Ahmed Khan, a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh is former Managing Director & CEO of Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB), where he served for nearly eleven years from April 2009 till November 2019. Prior to joining MTB, he headed IDLC Finance Limited for six years. A career banker, he served earlier for 21 years with the then Grindlays Bank plc and its successor banks - ANZ Grindlays Bank and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), both in Bangladesh and abroad. He has sound knowledge in corporate banking, credit appraisals and credit operations, banking operations and systems, trade finance, risk management, syndications, merchant banking, stock brokerage services, leasing, factoring, legal and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, business process re-engineering and transformation and up-gradation of information technology platforms, acquired in Bangladesh, India, UAE, UK, Australia and South Africa. He has presented a paper on “Financing the Transformation of the Bangladesh Garments Industry” at the School of South Asian Studies, University of Harvard, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA and ‘Achieving SDGs: Financial Inclusion, Bangladesh Perspective’ at the Bangladesh Development Conference held there in June 2015. Similarly, he presented another paper on ‘Financial Inclusion’ at Kennedy Law School, University of Harvard in June 2017. He presented a paper on investment in Bangladesh at Yale University in March 2019. Mr. Anis has attended training courses on leadership, corporate governance and strategic management at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom; INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France; University of California, Berkeley, California, USA and at the London School of Economics, London, United Kingdom. An eminent banker Mr. Ahsan embarked on his career in 1986 at the then Arab Bangladesh Bank Limited (AB Bank) before joining Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) in 1998 where he served different key Management roles including policy making, strategic thinking and finding way-out. He also served as the area Head of Corporate Banking, Chittagong, area Head of Consumer Banking, Chittagong and Sylhet as well as the Head of SAMD of EBL. On way to his long journey with seasoned banking career, he bagged more than 22 years’ experience on Branch Banking since he served different prominent Branches of EBL and AB Bank Limited. In pursuit of career progression with professional accomplishment, veteran banker Mr. Ahsan made a significant move to Trust Bank PLC. on August 21, 2016.
