• National ID (NID) / valid identification document
• Photographs of account holder and nominee
• Nominee information and photograph
• Any other documents as required by the bank
• Must maintain linked account: AWCA / MSA / Other transactional account
• Auto-debit instruction mandatory
• Monthly installment deducted from linked account
